Cancelling Before Your Build Starts

You can cancel your order at any time before work begins on your build and receive a full refund of your deposit. "Work begins" means the point at which we start cutting materials, printing custom artwork, or ordering non-returnable parts specifically for your machine — we'll always confirm this stage with you in writing.

Cancelling Mid-Build

If you cancel after work has started:

• Your deposit is non-refundable, as it covers materials purchased and work already completed.
• If you have made stage payments beyond the deposit, we will refund those payments minus the documented cost of materials and labour already committed to your build.
• We'll provide an itemised breakdown of any retained costs on request.

If We Need to Cancel

If we are unable to start or complete your build — for example due to illness, supply problems or other circumstances beyond our control — you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit. You will never be left out of pocket because of a cancellation on our side.
